Undergraduate students

Highly motivated undergraduate students (3rd year) that would like to gain experience in cancer-related topics or basic research are welcome to apply.

We can offer:

  • Wet-lab projects that are suitable for students with no experience. Such projects will include the usage of cutting edge techniques in molecular biology (genome editing, next generation sequencing), biochemistry (protein-complex reconstitution and development of screens for anticancer therapeutics) and structural biology (Cryo-EM, X-ray crystallography and cutting edge proteomic approaches to map protein-protein and protein-RNA interactions).

  • Bioinformatic projects, involved the usage and development of methods for the analysis of genomic (next generation sequencing) and proteomic (mass spectroscopy) data from cancer cell lines and disease-related model systems (bioinformatic projects required prior knowledge in programing).
