crisscrosslinkeR: an R package for the identification and visualization of protein-protein and protein-RNA interactions from mass spectrometry data

 

crisscrosslinkeR was designed as a powerful and flexible package for the analysis, integration, comparison and visualisation of mass spectrometry data resulted from cross-linking mass spectrometry (XL-MS) experiments, for mapping protein-protein interactions, and/or RBDmap experiments, for mapping protein-RNA interactions.
